With your permission, we collect and process location data:

  • Precise Location: GPS coordinates for route optimization and team coordination
  • Background Location: During work hours only, for real-time team tracking (requires explicit opt-in)
  • Usage: Location data is used to optimize routes, coordinate field teams, provide customer arrival estimates, and track mileage

You control location tracking: You can enable/disable location tracking at any time in the app settings or iOS Settings. Background location tracking only occurs during configured business hours and can be paused by the user.

1.3 Photos and Camera Access

With your permission, we access your camera and photo library:

  • Purpose: Capture before/after photos of completed service jobs for customer documentation
  • Storage: Photos are stored securely in our cloud storage (Supabase)
  • Sharing: Photos are shared only with authorized users in your company and relevant customers

1.4 Customer and Job Data

As a business management platform, we collect and store:

  • Customer Information: Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, service history
  • Job Information: Service dates, job types, schedules, notes, completion status
  • Service Agreements: Contract details, billing information, service packages
  • Payment Information: Payment history, invoice details (credit card data is processed by third-party payment processors and not stored by us)

1.5 Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
  • App Usage: Features used, pages viewed, actions taken
